The main doors of the Opera House will open at 9:30AM. Please enter on the east side from Van Ness Avenue. There is wheelchair access available on Grove Street. Please inform our ushers and greeters if you need any assistance!

Once inside the Opera House, you will be greeted by our ushers, who will help direct you to the auditorium.

Restrooms are located on all levels except in the main lobby.

Coat Check is located on the north and south side of the lobby level (main floor). For the safety and comfort of all attendees, all parcels, backpacks, luggage, etc., must be checked.

Coffee is available in the main lobby, to the left and right, when you walk in. Coffee cups with lids are allowed into the auditorium, but food is not allowed.

If you or one of your guests uses a wheelchair, you may enter through the right-side, ramp entrance of the auditorium. We’ll be happy to guide to a reserved seating area.

Parents with infants 0-12 months old are invited to enjoy reserved box level seating in the Opera House auditorium, which is accessible via the stairs on either side or the elevator on the right side. Stroller parking is near the elevators to the right.
