Residency Events w/ Darren Rouanzoin

When: November 13th, 15th, & 16th | 7:30PM

Where: Bethel Christian Church

From November 11-18, we’re hosting Pastor Darren Rouanzoin of Garden Church for a week-long residency of sermons, lectures, and trainings on the ministry of the Holy Spirit! As a pastor and speaker gifted in the prophetic, Darren brings a fresh, Biblical perspective on how the Church can minister in the power of the Spirit today.

These residency events have now passed, but we will soon post the audio and video from all three nights online.

Lecture on Growing in the Power of the Spirit
Tuesday, November 13th

In John 14, Jesus tells His disciples, “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.” But how is this possible for Christians today, and how do we get there? In this lecture, Darren will give us steps to grow as a community in anticipating and expecting more power in everyday, ordinary life. All are welcome to attend!

Leaders Prayer Training Night
Thursday, November 15th

Since the start of “The Empowering Presence” series, our response time has shifted from mainly ministry from the stage to more peer-to-peer ministry in the aisles. As we continue moving in this direction, it is our hope that our church’s leaders can model what it looks like to spontaneously pray for others and humbly share prophecies, visions, and words of knowledge. At this night, Darren will train our leaders in the intercessory prayer model which his church utilizes for its Sunday ministry time. Additionally, he will teach on how to lead prayers gatherings within Community Groups! We invite you as leaders to come with open minds, humble hearts, and confident faith in God to do more than we can ask or imagine. All RSF leaders welcome — if you’ve been attending our Leaders Nights this year, this training is specifically for you.

Naturally Supernatural: A Clinic on the Ministry of the Spirit
Friday, November 16th

To round out the week, Darren will speak on the Holy Spirit’s desire to release gifts based on the missional needs of the moment. After a time of lecture, we will ask God to release upon our community the gifts we need to love and serve our city right now. We’ll pray for gifts of prophecy, words of knowledge, healing, and gifts of power, and seek to step into practicing these gifts together. All are welcome!
