08.18.21 | His Kingdom Come
Last week, we as a church fasted each day and then gathered in prayer over our transition into the new church building. We broke our fast together each night as we met and prayed specifically for:
- God’s Kingdom to come in San Francisco as it is in Heaven.
- Our church to be on mission with God in and around the neighborhood of our new home.
- God to infuse the culture of our church with more prayer and worship in our congregation.
- The next generation, the children and youth, of our church.
- The churches in San Francisco, for His Kingdom to come and renewal to happen in our city through the unity of His Church.
For this week’s Prayer and Fasting Focus, pick one of the topics from last week and spend time listening to God. Ask Him what He wants you to know about any of the specific prayer points above, and spend time listening and then praying into what you hear.
Pay specific attention to how he might want you to engage with the community of both the church and those outside the church to be on mission to bring God’s Kingdom to San Francisco.
