Giving Campaign

As we approach the end of 2021, we want to say thank you to all who have supported the mission and vision of our church by financially partnering with us.

We have been blessed beyond expectation this past year. In January, we began hosting our services from the place our church first started, not knowing that we would have the opportunity to purchase a permanent home right in the heart of the Mission. Due to the generosity and faithful giving of our community, we were in an excellent financial position to say “yes” and commit to the purchase of our building.

It has always been a deep desire for our church to be rooted in a place for our community to gather, worship, serve, and show hospitality to this city. As we look toward the future and how to steward this gift well, we recognize that there are financial hurdles and physical improvements that need to be made.

In an effort to strengthen and deepen our roots, we are seeking to raise $1 million by the end of the year. These funds will improve our financial position ahead of next year’s building campaign, be invested into the infrastructure and maintenance needs of the church building, and allow us to begin the re-development of our terrace as a place to be open to our neighbors and the community at large.

Since the beginning, our vision of rootedness has not just been for ourselves and our church, but also a place for those in the city who need respite. As we seek to grow our roots deep, we desire to grow tall, create shade, and bear fruit for the sake of our city. And this is simply the first step in our efforts to do so.
