Kelsey Anderson
Born and raised in Sacramento, Kelsey’s parents set an example for her of what it meant to live as a follower of Jesus. She first accepted Christ as her savior in third grade, but it was not until she rededicated her life to Him at age 20 that her faith matured and became her own.
While studying studio art at CSU Sacramento, Kelsey found a church where she became deeply rooted and fell more in love with Jesus. Prior to vocational ministry, she worked in different service and creative jobs. However, her journey into ministry happened unexpectedly as she accepted an internship at her church and was gradually invited into deeper levels of responsibility and ownership. Ultimately, Kelsey found both a sense of belonging and a place to use her creative talents to make beautiful things for God’s purposes.
After attending Reality’s 2023 Annual Vision & Prayer, Kelsey sensed something incredibly compelling and beautiful was taking place, and eagerly jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the vision to reach the city and love its people.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, watching a good movie, working on a puzzle, exploring thrift shops, and indulging in dipped ice cream cones.
