Blair Lewis
Born and raised in Sacramento, CA, Blair grew up attending church. At 15, during a youth conference, his view of Jesus and the Church fundamentally changed, sparking a lifelong journey of discovering who Jesus is.

Blair earned his undergraduate degree in Communications with a minor in Leadership Studies from Azusa Pacific University. He then moved to Sydney, Australia, where he completed a three-year program in Pastoral Leadership.
Blair’s spiritual life has been deeply shaped by growing up with a sister who has a severe disability, whom he calls his greatest teacher. Through his sister’s life, Blair has seen God’s presence on the margins and in the midst of suffering—witnessing renewal, subversive joy, and unshakable hope despite life’s chaos. This invitation into the Kingdom and the way of Jesus gave him a deep sense of purpose and ultimately drew him into ministry.
After completing his studies in Australia, Blair moved to San Francisco and spent two years working in the nonprofit sector with youth and families in the Tenderloin. He oversaw operations for programs and outreaches and served as the Head of Administration for San Francisco Academy, a private Christian school serving Tenderloin students.
Having a deep love for urban spaces, Blair found Reality SF to be a haven during his time as a congregant. He deeply believes in the church’s mission and values—especially its commitment to spiritual formation and thoughtful, Spirit-filled living that shapes people toward a holistic life with Jesus. Blair brings this passion to his role as Formation Coordinator, focusing on supporting the operational and administrative needs of the Community & Formation Department.
Outside of work, Blair enjoys sports (especially as an avid Arsenal FC supporter), golf, hip hop music, and cooking.
