Mike Gleim

Born and raised in Fresno, Mike became a Christian in high school after being invited to a youth group, where he met a variety of thoughtful and kind Jesus-followers.

Mike began serving in vocational ministry at age 19, and quickly felt a call to the mission of the Church. He went to Fuller Theological Seminary after sensing a call to an urban ministry context, and has previously served as a Youth & Family Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Senior Pastor at several churches across central and southern California.

Mike and his wife Hannah are deeply passionate about serving where the church is most needed, and equipping Jesus-followers to live out the gospel message in our post-Christian cultural moment. As Executive Pastor, Mike serves as chief of staff, supporting and equipping all Reality SF leadership with vision and strategy.

Outside of ministry, Mike enjoys playing the guitar and exploring the city with Hannah and their two children.

Allisence Chang, Early Childhood Coordinator

Allisence is responsible for preparing our nursery and preschool rooms on Sunday mornings, as well as developing inclusive systems for children with special needs.
