Sunday Serving Teams

Roles are available at our Everett morning gathering.

Setup

Transforms the physical space of our gatherings into an inviting place for our community to worship, learn, and experience Jesus on Sundays.
Serving Commitment: Twice a month for 6 months
Someone who is detail oriented, a team player, and able to lift 10+ lbs.

Breakdown

After gatherings, returns the physical spaces of our gatherings back to their original state. This team assists with cleaning and also organizing equipment for next week’s gatherings of worship, learning, and experiencing Jesus.
Serving Commitment: Twice a month for 6 months
Someone who is detail oriented, a team player, and able to lift 10+ lbs

Audio/Visual

Manages our Sunday production by curating the audio and visual experience for our community to experience Jesus by setting up the stage for our worship team, creating and managing slides, operating and recording live audio video, and managing backstage flow.
Serving Commitment: 1 year commitment serving 2x a month
Someone who is collaborative, detail oriented, and a problem solver.

Care & Prayer

Helps our congregation to listen and speak to God by praying with and for people in our church before, during, and after our gathering.
Serving Commitment: Twice a month for 6 months
Someone who is approachable, courageous, and an acute listener.

Guest Services

(Includes all the following teams)

Parking

Welcomes and ushers in every vehicle into our parking lot and creates an easy unloading and loading experience for our families.
Serving Commitment: Twice a month for 6 month
Someone who is a team player, friendly, and able to lift 10+ lbs.

Ushers / Greeters

Welcome and receive church congregants by greeting and ushering them into our place of worship.
Serving Commitment: Twice a month for 6 months
Someone who is friendly, informative, and attentive to needs.

Hospitality

Made up of three different teams. First team prepares communion and creates a welcoming place for people to receive refreshments for our gatherings. Second team prepares breakfast, lunch, and care carts for our volunteers and staff members. Third team manages book sales and provides resources and information for people to get involved in the life of our church.
Serving Commitment: Twice a month for 6 months
Someone who is welcoming, engaging, and friendly.

Service Coordinators

Service Coordinators provide on-site care, consistency, and spaces that are welcoming and hospitable for our Sunday gathering. They support operations under the guidance of RSF staff and leaders.
Serving Commitment: Twice a month for 1 year
Someone who is a multitasker, delegator, and clear communicator.
