Cameron Torres
Born and raised in the East Bay, Cameron grew up regularly attending church. But it was actually through his parents’ divorce that he first experienced how the church cares for one another as family. The love and meaning he found among Christians ultimately led Cameron during his senior year of high school to accept and follow Jesus.
After high school, Cameron came to realize that the church was where he wanted to be as much as possible. He began serving in ministry while also attending college in the East Bay and working as a substitute teacher. During this time, the Holy Spirit cultivated a deep passion in Cameron’s heart to help young people understand how deeply God loves them.
As the Children’s Ministry Director, Cameron aims to care for the children and families of our church while also equipping volunteers to serve healthily and faithfully. In his free time, he enjoys attending sporting events, going on day trips with his wife Nicole, and drinking quality coffee.
