Faith Woldstad
Growing up, Jesus has always been a significant part of Faith’s life. She was raised in a Christian household, baptized at age nine, and has experienced a wide spectrum of church traditions and communities.

Although born in Denver, CO, Faith has lived in many different places due to her father’s service as an Air Force officer. However, with time spent stationed at Vandenburg Space Force Base and later attending Westmont College, California has always felt like home in her heart.
After earning her Bachelor’s in Religious Studies from Westmont, Faith went on to complete a Master’s in Theology at Western Theological Seminary in Holland, MI. Over the years, she has interned for two summers at Reality SF, worked in academic research, as a teaching assistant, and held a variety of roles—including tour guide, theatre, and helping with her family’s ice cream truck.
Faith’s journey with Reality SF began during a time when the Lord was guiding her out of a difficult season, providing a space for rediscovery and reigniting her love for the Church. Now, she’s grateful to be back, partnering in God’s work in San Francisco alongside her husband, whom she met at Reality. Faith serves as a Pastoral Resident, where she primarily supports the Community & Formation Team in facilitating communal development and discipleship pathways. With a role that is intentionally fluid, she is also spending this season discerning where the Lord may be leading her as she looks to her future work in ministry.
Outside of work, Faith enjoys running, hiking, exploring, cooking, and a good cup of tea.
